And has proven to take the side loads we’ve given it with no problems. If you've ever tried to bend that rod you'll find it nearly impossible. ![]() We've always been successful in getting clearance by moving the control rod to the bottom of the steering horn, moving the muffler as far as possible to the right. That could possibly be considered a major mod by the feds? I don’t recommend cutting and welding on the LEES system. I've never installed a system where the engine mount was bent.
